By accessing or using VeylPay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

VeylPay provides Telegram-first virtual card services that let users fund a VeylPay wallet with cryptocurrency and use supported virtual cards with online merchants where accepted. Merchant acceptance may vary by provider, country, card network rules, and compliance requirements. Our services include:

  • Virtual card issuance
  • Cryptocurrency top-up functionality
  • Transaction processing
  • 24/7 customer support

3. Eligibility

To use VeylPay, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be located in a prohibited jurisdiction
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. VeylPay will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Card Usage

Your VeylPay virtual card may be used for legitimate purchases only. Prohibited uses include:

  • Illegal activities or purchases
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Gambling (where prohibited)
  • Purchase of illegal goods or services
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws

6. Fees and Charges

VeylPay charges transparent fees for its services. Current fees are displayed within the application and may include:

  • Card issuance fees (if applicable)
  • Transaction fees
  • Currency conversion fees
  • Cryptocurrency network fees

We reserve the right to modify our fees with advance notice.

7. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details. VeylPay is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses or transaction parameters.

8. Card Delivery Time

Virtual card delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24-48 hours depending on verification requirements and system load. We will notify you once your card is ready for use.

9. Compliance and KYC

VeylPay complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We may require you to provide identification documents and additional information to verify your identity. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Regulatory compliance reasons
  • Extended inactivity

11. Limitation of Liability

VeylPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of material changes through Telegram, the WebApp, or other available account communication channels.
